I am Kate Cavanaugh
A Visionary, Wayseer, Priestess, Medicine Woman, and Transformational Guide and Coach devoted to ushering in the Great Awakening and assisting humanity in the evolution of consciousness.
My life’s purpose is to use my gifts, intuition, and lived wisdom to support others in their awakening, surrendering, alchemizing, and remembering who they truly are.
My journey began many years ago during one of the darkest, heaviest seasons of my life. I had carried years of trauma, resentment, and limiting beliefs, stories that had become a weight I could no longer bear. One night, I dreamed a powerful dream.
I found myself walking along a woodland path bathed in soft purple light.
A luminous Being approached me as I carried a large leather satchel filled with holograms of every wound and trauma I had ever lived through.
I began reaching deep into my satchel to show this Being my deepest pain. Suddenly I lost my balance and grabbed ahold of the satchel. As I fell it landed on me, covering my face. It was suffocating me, and I woke up gasping for air, whispering, “My stories are killing me.”
In my waking awareness, I took that satchel into the woods to the grandmother tree and offered these burdens back to the Earth.
As the wind moved through her branches, I heard her say, “Yes… I will turn this all into air.”
This moment changed everything.
I realized that my trauma lived not in what happened, but in the stories I kept breathing life into.

My work weaves together the Magdalene lineages, the teachings of Yeshua, Divine Feminine wisdom traditions, transformational consciousness work, somatic practices, and the ancient rhythms of nature.
Through workshops, retreats, transformational coaching, sacred union work, Women’s Sacred Drum Circles, Medicine Drum Making, and the Rhythm of the Wheel gatherings, I guide individuals through a deeply embodied and soul-centered journey.
Those I serve experience renewal, remembrance, and a return to their Divine Essence.
I am here to support women who are awakening during this Great Turning, women who feel the stirring of something ancient, true, and powerful rising within them.
Outside of my sacred work, you will often find me walking in nature, tending to rituals and ceremonies, gathering women in circle, or speaking about the rising of the Divine Feminine.
My devotion is to hold profound sacred space for those who feel the call to support their healing, their awakening, and their return to wholeness.
